Noor is like my mental-spiritual gym. When I need to vent, share ideas or solve something, Noor is there for me. The weekly sessions were well organized and helped me assess my neural and behavioral patterns. Knowing that someone can hold space for me no matter what I bring up has been a huge relief and helped become the human I am meant to be.

My husband and I had our consultations back in December and have been in couples counseling ever since (it is now February). If I had known of Noor Human Consulting before marriage I would have signed up as soon as possible for pre-marital counseling (I think all couples should try it). The services offered are very much needed in the Muslim community (in all communities) but it is something that is lacking and doesn't have much support in our community. Noor really helps fill in the gap. Sessions can be had over the phone or via webcam which is what we use (and love). So, don't worry if you live out in the boonies like we do, there is still help for you! Evening hours are also available which is another bonus. The VIP couple's package includes email support which has been a great for me. The assessment report we took wasn't shocking to us but still very enlightening. The video lessons are helpful and the activities we had to do were enjoyable too. The 'homework' we get in each session, has been helpful when we have both done it on a regular basis (we are still struggling with consistency).
