So far things have been really good. The only real counselling or therapy I have had was a few sessions a decade ago and in drug and alcohol treatment so this is my first time doing long term therapy. Esther is very insightful and asks great questions what encourage me to look at things from a different perspective. I feel she understands the way I think and is able to bring me back when I get off track. I am looking forward to seeing the progress we make together.

Thank you for putting me with Gurjot. She is very understanding and I feel like she is such a good listener. Im glad she knows Punjabi too, made it easier. I want to be anonymous.

I am very happy with Ronak. She is very patient and listens to me carefully. She always remembers what I said. I like the way she approaches me. I can feel my stress has been improved! I highly recommend her:)

Polly has been really helpful to me. I’ve asked her to be honest with me and she has so I have a more realistic picture of what to do and balance myself. I’ve been able to make some better decisions because of that and am in a better place within just a few sessions.

Rebecca was pretty helpful in highlighting some of the tips and techniques that we could go through - and the book that I've been reading that she recommended was helpful as well. Sometimes it doesn't quite feel that way, but I think since I'm learning something new, it helps.
