Everything about NFC is really well run. They have a great suite of counselors with a wide variety of backgrounds. This would be overwhelming, but Ofir's onboarding did a really great job of whittling the number down to 2-3. I then read up on those people, and made a choice.
The counselor I've been speaking with is wonderful, understanding, communicative and professional.
The only thing that hasn't been perfect is the invoicing process. I haven't been getting consistent and on-time invoices, so I'm not 100% that I'm up-to-date paid. Pretty sure, but not as sure as I'd like.
