I explained to Lindsay how nervous I was trying to find a new counsellor and I’ve only had two sessions with her but already feel safe and comfortable speaking to her. She is such a gentle soul and I’m so happy I found her. I’m thankful for her!

Gurjit has been just the counsellor I need. She has helped me figure out what is going on and is giving me practical tools to work through the issues. In all the counsellors I have worked with over the past many years, Gurjit has been by far the best, and it was huge that she has the same cultural background as mine and understands a lot about who i am and where I come from.

Lauren has been so great. They're very helpful, a great listener. Always helping me through. I am so happy I found a therapist like her.
