Michal is seriously the best counsellor ever. She always makes me feel welcomed and comfortable to open up about my problems. She makes sure it’s always a safe space and never fails to make me feel better about my situation.

The therapy was ok, except that the therapist needs to give more strategies to deal with PTSD. At times I felt like I was, "talking to myself", without feedback.

I am enjoying my counselling sessions and find that they are working well for me. I've never had counselling in the past so I don't have much to compare it to, but when talking with friends who have had counselling, my experience seems to have been a lot better than theirs. I feel that my counsellor understands what I am saying or trying to say and provides relevant information based on that discussion.

Edon is an understanding, highly educated, and kind counsellor. Edon provides new CBT techniques and strategies every session, depending on my personal needs and desires. He is a great counsellor and I would highly recommend him to anyone. I would like this review to remain anonymous please!

Gurjit is truly amazing. She picks up on things that I don’t notice in the moment, and helps me work through them. I’ve only had a few sessions with her so far, but I am so glad I took the chance and trusted her despite barely knowing her.
