I only had 2 sessions with Diksha so far, so it's too early to say anything yet.

This counselling helped me a lot, without it I don't know what I would do. The day I came there I was confused and crying a lot and I didn't know who to talk too. Samudyatha guided me through everything, she told me to take one day at a time. At the end of the day I would recommend no fear counselling to anyone who needs it.
