Good. Precessional and easy to schedule an appointment.

Counsellor was good but inconsistent. Cancelled same day of appointment and changed session to virtual. Would like to change counsellor as not yet heard back.

The counselor I was great and very helpful but I'd say that the notification process for upcoming appointments needs improvement.. text message notifications would be much appreciated :)

Amazing counselling. Everyone is very nice and speaks very respectfully.

Very good and professional establishment that make you feel welcomed and comfortable right off the bat.

Intake was quick and I was paired with an amazing counsellor!

Marianne was great and heard what I was saying. She offered solutions and I've appreciated her calming demeanour and honesty.

I have really enjoyed my two sessions with Gayane and look forward to those in the future.
