When I realized I was depressed from chronic pain, I thought people would not believe me. I held it in and tried to hide it. I h ave been to four or five sessions and now realize that i am not alone. I was so unsure about everything. Counselling has made me think about everything in my life and how alot of things can contribute to the depression. Counselling has really opened my eyes. I know I have a long way to go to heal, but I am finally getting the help I need.

So far I have had the best counseling experience. I like how there is a bit of an orientation and Ofir personalizes a list of counselors based on what you need. Couldn't be happier with my counselor.

Quick to organize appointments, found me someone great and near home. Would reccomend.
