I felt the sessions were good overall. My suggestion is for counsellors to encourage clients that aren't as assertive to open up more and be challenged a bit more. Suzanne was very calm and professional.

Aiden was able to create a safe and respectful space for me and my ex-partner to have a very difficult conversation. Aiden's skills in setting safe parameters for discussion ensured that we could both be open and honest with each other. One of her strongest skills was her ability to help us hear each other and understand the thoughts and feelings that were being shared. Her respectful and compassionate facilitation of our discussion allowed us to get to a better place of understanding and forgiveness. I am so grateful for Aiden for helping the two of us come to a respectful and honest place at the end of a difficult relationship.
