Counselling helped me quite a bit by allowing me to recognize which worries are healthy and not. I do have a suggestion and that is, perhaps prescribing strategies on how to cope with worrying and anxiety in general. Other than that, the counselling sessions were very helpful overall.

Patrick is a good therapist and he is very understanding as well. This year I attain tbi from MVA. As of right now I am still on my recovery stages and still symptomatic. During his sessions it has been a pleasant experience. I believe with his help it will be in a step in the right direction.
