I found the process really helpful where I have one meeting with a single point of contact who then refers me to the matching therapist to my need. I was thinking, once I do start my sessions with my therapist, it might be good to have something like the Jane app where I can see the open slot for my therapist that I can schedule my appointment myself as my therapist have been doing for me but sometime it takes time as to check my calendar and decide what time works for us, just an idea, not sure if it’s really needed or not, I just found it easier in my appointment with my physical therapist.
