This is my first counseling experience so I can't really make any comparisons but am incredibly grateful for how accessible and flexible the service has been. Alyssa has been really wonderful to work with albeit since beginning counseling I have been in a much better place than when I initially sought out the service, I cherish my time with her each week and sincerely feel that this service has been helping me to stay on track. Thank you!!

I can really only give testament to Aiden, as she is my counsellor. What drew me to her in part was pricing. I thought, why does someone with her qualifications charge less than her peers? That to me was a good sign. After our first meeting I was convinced it was the right decision. Very professional and seems to favour a more holistic approach which I like. There was no rush to diagnose me or to prescribe meds of any kind. Also spends time outside of sessions to send me resources and encouraging texts/emails; always gives me time before the end of every session to get in a final word. Definitely gives me the impression like she'd go out of her way to make your life better. As for the business itself, I dont know. Good location I guess. Very serene office overlooking nature, variety of insurance providers and multiple accepted methods of payment. Usually two weeks to pay the bill. Honestly no complaints so far. Also my first face to face experience with a counsellor so I dno. Tried to be objective

I enjoyed my time with Ofir but am scraping to try afford future sessions which is hard for me to do right now. Im sorry that I havent been able to schedule a visit for the past couple of weeks as a result.

The councilling sessions have been going great . The councilor is excellent and really hears me out , gives great advice too.

Ever since I've started my counselling with Karla, my life has been more clear. Would recommend to others!

I've only had three appointments with Maggie but this far it's a 4-star experience.

It was easy for us to make contact and seek help, everyone we talked to was helpful. We were able get Lolita working with someone suitable very quickly. The fact that you deal directly with ICBC and our lawyer and bill ICBC directly is immensely helpful. Ruth seems to be listening well and compassionate. We think she is being helpful and making constructive suggestions. She also ran some test evaluations on Lolita which are also helpful to us.
