The counsellor assigned to was very understanding of my issues and the counselling sessions were helpful

I was very impressed with how professional and personable Ariel was making me feel at ease with being able to open up and talk to her. She explained things well so that I understood the information. I also appreciated not having to deal directly with ICBC.

From the day I walk in I felt welcomed!! My couslner was amazing she had so many good point on the way to look at things was very easy to connect with even with all the things he I had going on her approach at things sure helped me I couldn't had had anyone better !!
