I have had 2 sessions so far, so I am still getting to know how I feel, but Lima is very kind, helps me to feel safe, and makes me and the things I am saying feel important. She is quick to respond to me outside of our sessions and gives me very helpful tools and practices to work on until out next session. I am very excited to continue these sessions and I feel a lot of hope working with Lima

Naz was very nice and pleasant. Just looking for a group setting rather then 1on 1

I’m finding it helpful to discuss certain issues and topics that I tend to keep towards myself or have no one else to really talk to about it, and it for sure lifts some weight of my chest each session. Though I believe I still need to speak on a whole lot more things eventually since there’s only so much to talk about each session. But I really like Devanshi, she is kind and gentle and makes me feel open and have a warm safe space to talk about things, and I look forward to slowly but surely discussing more and more as I build the relationship and connection with my therapy.

My coordinator Courtney was fantastic at supporting me to find my Therapist Gayane . So far Gayanes services are helping
