I am happy with No Fear Counselling. I’m glad I signed up. I get feedbacks or reminders in a timely manner. From the moment I filled out the online form, I received a feedback and information that that someone would contact me in 24 hours. The personnel doing the intake process was very helpful and made sure I was assigned to a therapist that would help me work on the areas I needed help. I am very grateful to my therapist, Devisha Nadan. She helped me learn skills that I can use to get out of negative thinking, such as replacing unhelpful thoughts with positive ones and thinking of my happy place. She also helped me deal with trauma. I am also receiving support in dealing with anxiety. So I am thankful for No Fear Counselling.
