As someone who is very hesitant to trust the medical field, and medical professionals in general, it was a genuine relief to experience professionals who listen and genuinely want to work with you. From the initial onboarding, to my sessions with my counselor, it has been a very positive experience. If you're working with a low budget, talking to a counselor completing their practicum is affordable and as professional as talking to a fully registered counselor. I have been seeing Renette and our sessions have been constructive and progressively eye opening.

Casey has been very helpful and understanding since the first appointment. She has provided a great amount of useful exercises for grounding and continues to provide great support in my counselling. She exhibits excellent therapeutic skills and communication, and does not hesitate to deep dive into sensitive topics to help me better understand myself.
