Diana has been great at being responsive and helping me work my way through some challenges.

Rene has connected with me and made me feel safe and be able to experience talking openly

Polly has been really helpful to me. I’ve asked her to be honest with me and she has so I have a more realistic picture of what to do and balance myself. I’ve been able to make some better decisions because of that and am in a better place within just a few sessions.

Rebecca was pretty helpful in highlighting some of the tips and techniques that we could go through - and the book that I've been reading that she recommended was helpful as well. Sometimes it doesn't quite feel that way, but I think since I'm learning something new, it helps.

I appreciated the initial interview which helped narrow down a suitable counsellor for me. The process was streamlined and and relatively easy and I now have a counsellor who I feel comfortable and safe with.

I am pleased with Ofir's choice of Lindsay. I feel she is a great fit for me and I appreciate and am comfortable with her style of counselling.
