I did not know that I would come across such a wonderful and understanding counsellor as Rachel D'Silva. I had first researched out after my ICBC accident, where she began to help me through my recovery. As well as she has been my guidance and is continuing to help me through my triggers, anxiety, anger, and other issues that I have been experiencing/experienced. She has a different approach to understanding where my thoughts are coming from. Anger is a secondary emotion, what is the underlaying cause? After every session, I feel refreshed and can understand myself on a deeper level because of her guidance. I'm so happy that I have found a counsellor like Rachel!
