Aditi has been a wonderful therapist. She is kind, attentive and open minded. She is patient and a great listener. She has helpful suggestions on mindfulness, positivity and processing grief. I look forward to my appointments with her!

It was super easy to get paired with a counsellor who met my needs as well as having my financial difficulties accommodated.

Justice has been a thoughtful counsellor who's friendly disposition makes conversing easy. Her ability to take into account my personal inferences on my circumstances , and using such info to provide personally catered methods of coping is quite effective.

I thoroughly enjoyed my appointment with Natalie and felt very comfortable talking to her. What we did discuss, to help my anxiety, has helped me somewhat already. Unfortunately, our Group Insurance coverage expires [for the Anniversary Year] on September 1st, so I will have to wait until I have [some] coverage to make my next appointment. We are taking some holidays in September so I will look forward to a second appointment with Natalie in October.
