My therapist Aaron Chin is very professional, compassionate and resourceful. He's just who I needed to discuss my depression problem and I believe it's definitely worth $80 per session. Sometimes I had difficulty understanding his questions since I speak ESL, but he was very patient with me. I liked how he sent me resources (youtube videos/documents for stress relieving exercise etc) via email after the session. The only thing I wished he did for me was to give me more clear instructions of what I need to do to submit the claim to my health care provider (which receipt to use etc, I had no idea there were 2 receipts).

We are still in progress with Shalet, but my wife and I have found her to be attentive and professional so far.

The initial intake was very smooth and easy. My sessions with Sandon have been extremely helpful and I would highly recommend him. I was very apprehensive about starting therapy but Sandon has made it so easy and he’s been amazing.

Deborah is incredibly kind and easy to work with. I don't feel judgment from her and she is good at guiding the session. I feel like I have made progress with her where I've never been able to make progress with anyone before her. I look forward to working with her more.

Hannah was not the councillor I was looking for, but overall as a councillor becoming she seemed equipped to grasp a wide variety of topics. Best of luck to her.
