My sessions with Sahiba have been very educative; helping me understand the effects and depth of my situation. It's kind of seeing myself from a 3rd person's viewpoint. This has better helped me understand how to improve the situation with her guidance. She is also very warm, relaxed and interactive.

So far so good. We have a good connection, and the therapy is helping really well so far. Curtis is kind, and never makes me feel like I'm being ridiculous, and has pointed out many things that I need to work on in my recovery. Things that were never dealt with. He is giving me tools to recover, and I am finding them very useful. I'm committed to continuing until I recover. I would recommend Curtis to anyone, anytime!

Ann is the most helpful and experienced counselor I have ever dealt with. She is knowledgeable and empathetic to me and my situation. In the past month she has done more for me than any counselor has ever done. She is a good listener but also offers and guides me in the right direction towards a healthier mindset. I am grateful for her and the services. My mind and heart are on the right track and I feel it's because of her. I am doing the work but she is good at what she does and I could not be any more appreciative. I am very happy with my counsellor Ronak. She makes me feel comfortable to share any thoughts I may have and also asks questions to make look at the situation in a different perspective.
