I have come to learn the benefits of taking care of myself through Lindsay's continued guidance . She is a patient and kind counselor, and I have found comfort in her advice . She is there when I need to reach out but I also feel that Lindsay encourages me to find confidence in listening to my own body and is teaching me to meet my own needs , at my own pace .

Honestly, I was skeptical that my daughter will ever go over the fear to pet a dog...no matter what therapy she will have. She would cross on the other side of the street when a dog would approach. Last Sunday she had the 5th meeting with Ritu, and was a real celebration! We all enjoyed watching my daughter pet a Rottweiler (not even a small dog, I know!) From the first visit, my daughter said Ritu is her friend. She is an exceptional therapist, kind, patience, easygoing and I loved the flexible schedule to accommodate ours. Ritu made a difference in my daughter's life. Thank you!
