I felt very seen and heard by my therapist Suzanne. I wasn't very happy with the online zoom meeting. I just don't think it's really a very sustainable way to experience therapy. In person sessions are magical. It makes a world of a difference being able to meet her in person & socially distance so we can be free of masks and therfor be much more self expressed. I appreciate how the space was also warm and had a very, very cozy aesthetic to it. Also Liam the coordinator feels very approachable and he made it very easy for me to want to make an appointment. Sometimes that's the hardest part of getting yourself in to therapy. Overall I feel very cared for by the No Fear team.

Wonderful organization and counsellors

I want to give all the credits to Afsah Ahmad. I have been going through counselling sessions with her since the mid 2019. She is always a perfect listener, a awesome personal life instructor, and a professional helper. I have gone through a lot of big moments in the past two years, and I have to say, without her, my life could have been worse. Thanks to her professional sessions, I am getting stronger and more positive.

Lucinda is awesome. She is respectful, caring and a great listener. She is able to quickly identify with my needs, while helping me though a journey of self exploration. Her ability to remain non judgmental and neutral when connecting with me on my level is amazing and she has a diverse way of thinking that helps to bring new ideas mixed with effective and practical healing techniques that are best suited to my needs and lifestyle. She is open, honest, respectful and considerate. I feel very fortunate to have found someone I can connect with that can help to guide me through these difficult times. I look forward to our future meetings to see how far I can go towards bettering myself!
