my 1st time with a councilor in office. Felt relaxed telling of a car which ran over my foot when I was crossing road on a go light, which through me to the payment. 2nd , 3rd, and 4th time visit by phone. It worked well (l/2 hr) each time. He was soft spoken & suggested Breathing & Sleep exercise before bedtime. also about puzzles etc to take mind off the accident. It all was a comfort to me.

My experience with No Fear has been very good. My counsellor Jacklyn is amazing and she has helped me so much.

Good therapists but more question based sessions would be nice. Some of us don't know where to start

Cecilia has been a very insightful and kind therapist. I also really like that she uses more physical and exercise based approaches like somatic therapy.

Although I have only had a few sessions the service has been extremely helpful. Angelia has been extremely helpful in helping me see the light at the end of the tunnel
