One thing you learn when you've been seeing various therapists and RCCs for decades is that the great ones are few and far between. Most are decent, some are passable, some are not.
But the great ones, yeah. Very rare.
Which is why I'm writing this review - I've worked with two RCCs at No Fear Counselling, and both of them have been the rare great ones. And I don't think it's a coincidence - my impression of NFC is they are clearly very conscious about who they have on their counselling team: compassionate, adaptable, engaged people who truly care and want you to recover, learn the tools you need to grow, and achieve your full potential.
I'm recovering from an injury that 180'd my life, and I do not think I would be this far along into recovering my strength and self confidence if I had not taken the chance with No Fear Counselling and worked with two amazing RCCs.
Sometimes we all need support - I know it's a very difficult step to take, but I highly recommend taking that step towards recovery and talking with an RCC at NFC. Each step afterwards gets easier when you have the right support.
