She gave me some very good advice on how to deal with part of my day-to-day anxiety, and we are now establishing a strategy for something I could apply for the long run. I feel at ease and trust Olga and would totally recommend her.

The No Fear Counselling intake process made it really easy to get counselling help. I felt like they really wanted to help me when they called me within 24hours of filling out their form online. It was simple and easy to get started. I was paired with Deema Hannoud and she has been really helpful for me to talk to. She is patient and kind and I feel she can empathize and understand my situation. Although I'm continuing my sessions so far, she has been a great help to me and provides me strategies to help me cope. Without NFC I'd probably still be spiraling downwards on my own. I really appreciate all your help so far.

I am not very familiar with counselling and before starting I had my reservations. However, the process has been helpful, my counsellor takes the time to really listen and our conversations are filled with compassion and useful insight. I would highly recommend this company.
