My counsellor helped me work through a lot of unresolved issues I had in the past couple of years, after my MVA. She was respectful and insightful, and gave great homework to help me work through some of my anxiety. Definitely recommend her!

Counselling helped me quite a bit by allowing me to recognize which worries are healthy and not. I do have a suggestion and that is, perhaps prescribing strategies on how to cope with worrying and anxiety in general. Other than that, the counselling sessions were very helpful overall.
