Super easy to request help, and honestly a wonderful experience that helped me a lot. I kinda wish it was one location with all the counsellors instead of a bunch of other locations throughout one city, but other than that it was a lot of help.

So far I'm a couple sessions in, but from the first phone call, to my meetings with my counsellor the process has been great. I feel like my needs are being met as far as scheduling goes. My counsellor is great so far. I feel like this is a positive experience for me thus far.

I enjoy my sessions with adhiti because I feel as if she understands me and helps me work through my thinking process. One piece of feedback I would give is to be more empathetic when there is a client in your presence and talking about payments. I personally found it off putting when she talked about payment and just left, it almost felt like I was “not validated” for being there. This can be off putting for people who may be suffering from more severe cases.

My counsellor is amazing. Really happy I came to this place for help :)
