Julia is very professional, compassionate and has a lot of patience. I wouldn't guess that she is currently in training if I didn't know as she does appear very informed and provides different solutions to problems. She is overall comfortable to speak with and easy to open up to. So far everything is great and I don't have anything constructive to bring up!

I felt very safe with my counselor to say anything I was struggling with and it was a great weight off my shoulders to have an un-biased person listen to me.

The councillor was kind and understanding. She explored many areas in the 2 sessions. I was reluctant to go back because in the second session she mentioned medicine. I am not into medicine and would prefer to do my counselling in other ways and explained that in my first session. This turned me off and I have no desire to go back
