Making the first step and asking for help is always hard. I made that step. I emailed a lot of places as was in need of help. My email was not very long but I was very to them point about why I was looking for a counsellor. I received a call back the next day and although I was terrified, I answered the call. The man I spoke to said ghat they had thought about the right counsellor for me, from what I had mentioned in my email. They nailed it! I love that they took the time to think about the right fit for me. I have been through counselling before and many are just not a good fit.
I have been seeing Megan since January 2020 and she has truly already helped me help myself. She is so soft and gentle and aware of all the little things. She is very aware of body language and personal space. She offers me new techniques that I have not done before and for the first time I feel comfortable doing them. I believe that by Megan offering me these techniques and giving me “homework†my healing has been excelled. I am truly making amazing steps in my mental health , steps I never even knew where an option.
I would recommend NoFear to anyone looking for help for anything, big, small or in-between.
