Helping me deal with my symptoms.

I feel I was manipulated by my counsellor Patrick. He gained my trust by making me feel as if he understood my circumstances. And showing me compassion. He assured me I wasn't alone. Then out of no where he began to tell me I needed to leave my husband and that my issues were all him ... all after only meeting me 4 times and my husband once. He suggested I uproot my children and relocate away from my family and friends. I was baffled and left that day feeling absolutely disgusted and so confused. I never returned

Counselor is very helpful and offers a different point of view and way of thinking.

NEVER GIVE UP, NEVER LOOK DOWN AND NEVER LOOK BACK. ALLWAYS MOVE FORWARD IN LIFE. DO NOT LET ANY ONE MAKE YOU FEEL YOU DO NOT BELONG OR UNWORTHY. THOSE THAT DO JUST ARE NOT STRONG ENOUGH TO HANDLE SUCH GREATNESS. BE PROUD OF WHO YOU ARE, ALLWAYS WALK WITH YOUR HEAD HELD HIGH.

I am very pleased with my counselling sessions with Sophia. She seems to have, a measure of awareness beyond what meets the eyes.
