The appointments with Bettina have greatly transformed my life. My changed perspective and methods for dealing with stress have drastically reduced my chronic pain, helped my relationships, and have helped to find a happiness and even some peace in my life for the 1st time in recent memory. Bettina is the best councilor I have ever had.

I mentioned in an earlier feedback request, the email reminders of your appointment are in EST so it makes it confusing to know when you booked the appointment. I would encourage the company to change that immediately. I live in BC. My appointment is from 10am to 11am. The email reminder says 1pm to 2pm. The location had pay parking so it made it expensive. Perhaps they can offer clients a pass for free parking.

Although I feel overall I didn't fully click with my therapist, he helped me by showing me the right way and what I was looking/wasn't looking for in a therapist. Thanks a bunch!
