Lima is a very gifted therapist who has helped me with getting back to driving and helping with all of my stresses caused by my car accident

I wasn't sure what to expect first, but was a very pleasantly suprised with my experience; my counsellor was very friendly, calm, optimistic, supportive, patient, knowledgeble with a great insight into my story. He even didn't mind extending my session to let me finish all my thoughts. Our session was in very calming, relaxing office atmosphere, and flexible scheduling was a plus. I would highly reccomend to anyone

My experience has been generally postiive at No Fear Counselling. Although the counsellor seems to be knowledgeable about victims of car accidents, there doesn't seem to be any speciality-focused or influenced practice other than basic or general counselling services. Nonetheless, sessions are very client based and driven so it leaves room for clients to talk about other things if they wanted.

I was able learn quite a few things about myself and handle some issues since the accident happened. Thank you!
