The counselling sessions have been very helpful in dealing with the stress and trauma of my injury. I appreciate the supportive environment where I could share my thoughts and receive good advice on positive ways to approach the many challenges during a difficult time in my life.

Easy booking, and good service from first inquiry phone call to now. I feel very comfortable with the conversation with my counsellor. He's able to offer me insights into the problem.

Helped me out alot more than I thought.

The counselling was a very positive experience. I was having a lot of difficulty driving after the accident. I lacked confidence, and had very difficult strenuous times determining delay times, and pulling out into traffic was a terrifying.. Was extremely stressful and I did not want to drive my car as a result. My confidence has improved greatly. I still experience discomfort at times but there is a an improvement. My counsellor was excellent, very supportive, patient, and understanding. Thank you for the help I received. Sue Acheson

Patrick conducts himself in a very professional manner. I came into his office last week not feeling great and by the time we were done I was in a better frame of mind, even though I was still suffering from a terrible headache and earache from my motor vehicle accident. I look forward to my sessions with Patrick as he opens my mind to different avenues of dealing with my anxiety if being in a motor vehicle as I am paranoid of being hit from behind again.
