The whole process to get started with counselling was so seamless and easy. And now that I have my therapist, I can honestly say she's the best. She makes me feel so comfortable, and makes me feel like my feelings are valid and that I'm not crazy. I would highly highly recommend No Fear Counselling any day

I had an amazing experience at my first consultation with Christine! She was a really great fit for me, and everyone at No Fear Counselling was extremely helpful in arranging my appointment. I am in the process of exploring whether my extended health will cover her services, and I hope I will be able to see her again as I feel she is well-equipped to help me with my mental health wellness :)
