My experience was great. My counsellor knew I always liked to have water and always had it ready for me. We worked through my issues and feel like I no longer need to go.

A little early to tell.

Anet is great to work with, and has given me a few tools to use to: a) identify when I'm feeling anxious or depressed B) coping mechanisms to deal with I've been late on one occasion and had to change another appointment as I was runnng 15 min late. Anet always worked with me to make our schedules work.
