I really am surprised by how much my therapist, Diana, enables me to see myself and what I say/think in such a way that I can step back and really hear myself. Just with very casual comments or questions that make me stop and listen to what I say. It’s sounds trite but it’s very eye opening and helpful to me.

Hi! Irena was so helpful and very kind counsellor for my daughter Mei. Unfortunately we have to pause the counseling but if Irena gets her license I’d like to see her in the future. We’re appreciate that no fear counseling provided low cost counseling. We’re struggling financially and I assume that it helps a lot of the family like us. Thank you
