Hi, Natalie is a caring counselor. I admire her professionalism, expertise and understanding of her patient. She has provided me different tools to improve my depression and lifestyle changes. This includes books, yoga links and Q gong. Natalie is flexible as much as possible in scheduling meeting and this is great. Natalie has helped me to accept my "new me" as much as possible. I appreciate all her help for the last 4.5 years.

Lima is absolutely amazing. Listening and caring and kind and gave me regarding ICBC tips. She really does an excellent job and every session is super helpful . really happy with her! give her a raise ;)

My experience has been excellent so far! Shriti's warm, welcoming approach has made me feel safe to explore the difficulties which brought me to counseling. With the tools we have practiced, i already feel better equipped to handle my struggles moving forward.
