Amazing. I was in such a bad place when I started talking to Brier and in a few sessions he was able to help me center, focus and get back to the person I used to be and where I wanted to go from there. He really cares and is empathetic to help deliver the best treatment.

As a first time client to counseling and therapy in general, the availability and timely manner of the service is pretty inviting. I feel my woes and personal struggles are being understood. At the same time, I feel as though my situation is a little complex and requires a lot more work than CBT can offer.

I looooove Natalie. She is wonderful and so perceptive. She brings new ways of looking at my problems into my view. She’s non judgmental and has a calm positive presence.

I really appreciate and value the opportunity I have had to connect with Catherine, she is an individual who makes you feel heard and allows you to express yourself in whatever way is more comfortable. I know my journey is just starting and there is a long road ahead. She has definitely made the process seem achievable rather than scary.
