Anmari is super nice and inspires confidence.
She lets me talk and express so many feelings. I don't feel judge, but relieved when talking to her.
Since I have been in therapy before, the only thing I am expecting are tools or exercises to better improve my goal of healing. Or some 'homework' or recommendation on what do to next and set some goals for the upcoming sessions.
I understand therapy is a process and requires more time. Anmari seems interested in providing that help, I would only spect some of those tools to be put in the path to focus more on progressing rather than expressing.
