It was great to talk to Kristina during the consultation. It was a great starting point on this new healing journey. It’s great to know I can reach out again for additional support as I find it necessary as I navigate the supplements, diet and enema series suggestions. The celery juice first thing in the morning has already jump started my weight loss. Very excited about that. The scale has finally told me I am on the high side of my ideal weight. Hope to continue to loose weight as I increase my overall health.

Meeting with Kristina was a delight. She had reviewed my intake information and had a jump on what would be best for me. She took the time to listen to where I’m at and asked intelligent probing questions. In the end she was able to provide me with an individualized plan with actionable steps. I heard on a podcast about conducting a hair test if an individual is experience skin rashes, eczema, or other skin issues. I have always suffered with eczema most my life and I never been tested for minerals and heavy metals. To my surprise my results indicated I have a high levels of aluminum and low on minerals. Kristina conducted a consultation and was able to see my results and offer me a heavy metals detox program as well as supplement protocol to increase my minerals. To me, this is affordable health care and will help get to the root of the problem in my health journey.
