It was great to talk to Kristina during the consultation. It was a great starting point on this new healing journey. I heard on a podcast about conducting a hair test if an individual is experience skin rashes, eczema, or other skin issues. I have always suffered with eczema most my life and I never been tested for minerals and heavy metals. To my surprise my results indicated I have a high levels of aluminum and low on minerals.
