I guess it started a debrief type of process for me. Not sure how someone supervises counselling without being there. Maybe my counsellor does not need supervision.

I can't find the words to describe how amazing, caring and knowledgeable Lima is. I highly recommend her to all my friends and family. She's definitely a Godsend. Without her help, I probably wouldn't have been able to deal with my MVA.

Curtis was great

We have seen Ofir for a few sessions now for couples therapy focusing on EFT. He has been able to explain the processes and the reasonings behind the therapy itself and we are able to learn how to communicate better as a couple. We have lots of work to do still but are thankful for finding someone like Ofir to guide us.

I found Natalie easy to speak to and overall a helpful experience. I would recommend her to anyone.

Anvika provides excellent counseling, she listens and even provides advice in discussions. It is easy to speak with her, and she includes exercises such as square breathing.
