The social worker seemed experienced And talented in facilitating the sessions . Her approach is balanced and was able to approximate the edges between the two parties And enabled them reach to constructive conclusions that assisted them to start resolving the issues between them , The sessions are expensive but are worth. thank you

Mia is a great counsellor. She has identified some key blind spots in my life and I believe that’s because she is truly listening to me. She’s empathetic, kind and caring. Highly recommend her. In addition — Mia has demonstrated great counselling skills.

Only two appointments to date. Natalie is very professional and understanding. I am not in a position to evaluate Natalie's performance as I am new to counseling.

Mia has been great so far. Although I thought she would explain the emotionally focused therapy and provide an overview of the theory so we can have a foundational understanding of the approach before beginning therapy. Sometimes because I don’t have a framework or explanation of the theory it’s hard to understand what we are doing when we talk about emotions. Aside form that theoretical piece she has been wondering.
