Suzanne was warm, intelligent, relatable and knowledgeable. She helped me get back on track with her suggestions and links to CBD, etc. I will certainly see her again when I feel I need it.

Good morning. I am so happy that I reached out to No Fear Counselling, to help me. The phone consultation is a great introduction, and I appreciated your insight and direction provided, to get me to Heidi. I've had 3 sessions, and I think Heidi is a great counsellor for me. We have talked through my problems, and I now feel more confidence, and optimism. I'm feeling quite positive as I put into action, the things we've spoken about. No Fear Counselling has been very good so far. They were quick to contact me after referral and gave me several options for how I wanted to proceed. They made me feel at ease right from the start and have been very professional and discreet. Renette, my counselor, is fantastic. She allows me to guide myself through the sessions offering support, recognizing progress and allows me to come to realizations/understanding on my own. She doesn't push or judge. I know I'm in the right place with the right counselor to work things out.
