Hi team I feel very comfortable with Heidi. I’ve only had 2 sessions so far and I have to say I’ve done most of the talking! She’s pointed out really good things for me to do for my issues but going forward I will let her do more talking I think she needs to be a little more aggressive maybe with me? We’ll see how next week goes.

Jordan had an easy connection with Ken, and keeps him on track and engaged.

Paula is wonderful and a great fit for me.

I like Gurjits approach with counselling. She listens to me and gives good feedback and if I say something isn't working for me she gives me alternatives. So far my sessions with her are going well.

Colleen is excellent. She’s extremely personable, genuine, and kind. I’ve only had 2 sessions with her but I’m excited to continue my journey of therapy with her.

Everything so far has been good. However, she did postpone an appointment because she was not prepared and by the time we connected after further confusion of calls not going through, there wasn’t enough time for a session.

In our sessions Lindsay has been attentive and empathetic and creates a safe space, asks questions that allow us to go deeper and find the root of issues
