I have implemented an anti-inflammatory diet for years after repercussions of open heart surgery (and history of pre-medication with antibiotics for any dental work throughout my childhood). Still I have never seemed to get on top of the health issues. I am looking forward to experiencing the benefits from your suggestions.

I've been working with Kristina for 2 years now for a very bad case of copper toxicity, and she's helped me so much. I have no idea where I would be without her. She always is able to help settle my mind on things and my body feels so much better and it keeps getting better.

From last night's call, I felt very good hanging up the call. I feel like I have answers for how I am feeling and possible solutions which makes me excited. I am happy with my overall experience and am excited to do another HTMA test with Optimal Health Network in the future to see where my results stand after making changes.
