Kristina is a godsend. Having an anal fissure is not only excruciatingly painful, it is difficult to find someone knowledge about healing it naturally. I live in Australia and have had an anal fissure for 4 months now. The ointments prescribed by GPs, and then the colono-orectal surgeon, I was referred to, did not work. None of these doctors asked me about my gut health, which has been problematic for years. It was Kristina who linked the two issues and gave me a protocol to address both. I was scheduled to undergo the botox procedure for the fissure.
